just wanted to register our profound thanks for all the help that your support team have given us this year. Due to the illness of our accountant we were struggling to produce year end figures which necessitated a very steep learning curve on MyFundAccounting! The knowledge, charm and patience of Ann Marie, Paula and other members of the team to our numerous calls for help was simply amazing. Thanks to this we have figures that can be presented this evening at our PCC meeting. The process has also shown what a thoroughly impressive software is MFA. With all the advice we have been given, the wider understanding of MFA and the use of MyGiving we are confident that in 2023 we will have the benefit of much more dynamic and accurate accounting. I have only been bookkeeping since April, after getting slung in the deep end!! However, whenever I have called the support line, I have always been helped quickly and efficiently. I have mostly been supported by Annmarie, and I have to highly commend her fantastic attitude, customer service and patience!! Most recently, because of my error, she unreconciled all data entered since March and went through with me to put it all on again. She made this process seamless and I have also learned so much more about how to do things correctly since. Well done Annmarie!! I would like to take the opportunity of thanking one of your staff for all the help and understanding he used whilst trying to get me back on the programme back on line for me. His understanding was incredible and is a credit to your Company. Nothing was any bother to Adam and the patience he had was second to none. I am not very computer literate at the age of 76 and he made allowances to me and I was pleased that today we managed to get me back on line and I am now trying to re-enter ally my relevant information which will then will allow me to catch up to date with 7 months finance to be entered. I'm truly grateful to Adam fall his patience and understanding.

"I am a retired Chartered Accountant who was recently persuaded to become the Treasurer of our local village church in Writtle, Essex. I was lucky to find that the Parish was already using Data Developments PC based Finance and Donations Coordinator packages. I took an early decision to move our accounting to Data Developments newer “cloud based” software packages marketed as My Fund Accounting Online and My Giving Online. The implementation and migration to the new software was all done by their very capable support team. I found the software easy to pick up, once I had worked methodically through the excellent web training modules which were available free for 30 days after the new “cloud based” system went live. I have been working with the software now for five months and I feel I know my way around the functionality well. I am really impressed with its ease of use and the functionality around searching and preparing reports that can be downloaded as pdf files or spreadsheets. It really is first class software and, of course, it has been developed for the specialist church and charity segment. However, as I have built up my own knowledge over the last few months, I have needed to fall back on the support team, usually talking to either Annmarie or Carrie who have both been really outstanding as they patiently talk me through functionality or how to go about specifying a particular report. They really are a special resource to draw on. I can’t give them enough credit for the way they go about giving technical help and support. So, in conclusion, the software is a first class product and services, the training and the support have been just outstanding, they have a great product and they understand and are committed to their customers. Ten out of ten!"
